| The Software Engineer is a key member of the Engineering teams. The Software Engineer works, within a scrum team, closely with other scrum team members, team lead and product owner. The Software Engineer is majorly involved in epic & user story design, coding, testing and support. The person in this role closely interacts with product owner, documentation engineers, support engineers etc., as needed. The person in this role is expected to work on technologies such as Core Java, J2E E, DB and PRPC Rules. |
| In this role, you will: |
| Work with Product owners and other stake holders along with the team members to design and build exiting features into the product |
| Provide technical assistance to advance the capabilities of products and resolve complex issues |
| Leverage the latest technologies in User Interface and Pegasystems Rules Process Commander in new and innovative ways to help create Pegasystems proprietary framework. |
| Provide help and guidance to junior associates in the team to perform their tasks |

| The Person: |
| Candidates must have a strong technical and computer science background and come prepared and ready to learn and explore Pegasystems technology. Technical Solutions Engineers are expected to think independently, but also must value teamwork as they work collaboratively to creatively and quickly solve customer problems. |
| Qualifications will include: |
| BE/ B.Tech or equivalent |
| 2 to 4 years of working experience in Core Java, Data structures, Multi- threading and algorithms |
| Should have handson experience in advance java skills |
| Should be good at Aptitude. |
| Strong analytical and problem solving skills |
